A Little Bit About What to Expect
- Course Flagging
- We will be heading out May 24 to flag the course and make sure signs are in place. Time commitment: 2 hours
- Parking
- Help us make the best use of the space in the parking lot. There will be parking in the Englishman River Falls Park and in the Hammerfest Trail Network. Time commitment 2-3 hours
- Registration
- Helping riders check in and get set up. Time commitment 2-3 hours
- On-Course Marshall
- Manage road crossings or key safety points. Time commitment: 10:00 – 2:00
- Kid’s Course Leaders & Sweeps
- Lead or sweep the kid’s race to ensure everyone stays on course
- BBQ
- Helping the BBQ organizers feed hungry riders and spectators.
All volunteers are provided with a meal ticket and are encouraged to take part in the Post Race BBQ.
We will communicate volunteer assignments as the event gets closer.
