Time is marching on and October 1 will be here soon! It’s time to get going, so we are sending a call out for volunteers for this years’ cyclocross race. Here is a list of positions in need of awesome volunteers:

Course Set Up

Saturday September 30, 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
In need of 12 volunteers

Timing

In need of 4 volunteers
First race is at 10:45
If you have done this before, your expertise is most welcome

Course Marshalling

In need of 5 volunteers

Course Tear Down

Many hands make light work
It is most appreciated if those on site at the end of the race pitch in and grab some tape and course stakes

Course Repair

Monday, October 2, 9:00 am – 11:00 am ish. Bring a garden rake. We will be raking the grass along the race course

Race day is an all day affair. Things get going around 9:00 am and wind down around 5:00 pm, but we are grateful for any time you can spare. Please let us know if you are limited on time and we will make sure positions are covered. All volunteers receive a free meal ticket to Dude’s Dogs for an amazing hot dog or smokie.
